Coral is an educator, coach, and consultant with over a decade of experience in school leadership and academic systems. Known for her strategic mindset and heart-centered leadership, she founded MENTOR to empower others with personalized tools for growth and impact. Coral is bilingual, visionary, and deeply committed to uplifting under-resourced communities through education, advocacy, and purpose-driven work.

Mary brings a unique blend of military leadership and educational expertise to MENTOR. As an officer in the United States Army, she leads with discipline, service, and vision. Her professional background includes curriculum development, support for special populations, and instructional leadership. At MENTOR, she ensures our academic services are inclusive, high-quality, and grounded in integrity. Mary is passionate about equity in education and helping all learners succeed in every setting.
