The Heart Behind MENTOR

MENTOR stands for Martínez Educational Network for Training and Organizational Resources. Yes, it’s a long name, but it reflects everything I care about.

I created MENTOR to support leaders, educators, families, and small businesses by offering tools, strategies, and guidance that are both personal and practical. Whether it’s a school administrator making tough decisions or a parent navigating IEP meetings for the first time, I’ve been there. People deserve more than one-size-fits-all solutions.
