Service Description

This free 30-minute strategy call is for new clients interested in our Virtual Assistant services. We’ll discuss your needs, explain our membership plans, and answer your questions. This is an online session conducted through Google Meet. After booking, you will receive your personalized Google Meet link by email within 24 hours.



Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Meeting Requirement Purpose: All new clients must schedule an initial meeting (30 minutes) to discuss specific needs, goals, and expectations. Why it’s important: Ensures a tailored approach to your business needs. Scheduling: Initial meeting will be scheduled within the first week. Reschedule within 48 hours if necessary. 2. Communication Policy Email Communication: Clients can email their VA for quick questions or updates. Response Time: Expect responses within 24 business hours. Virtual Meetings: One check-in meeting per week based on the package. Scheduled at least 48 hours in advance for Growth, Premium, and Executive packages. Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. 3. Hours of Service Dedicated Hours: Each package offers a set number of hours per month. Unused hours do not carry over. Tracking Hours: Hours are tracked via the provided time management tool. A summary is sent monthly. 4. Progress Reports Weekly Reports: Clients receive a weekly report detailing tasks completed, ongoing work, and next steps. Custom Reports: If custom reporting is required, an additional fee may apply based on complexity. 5. Package Adjustments Upgrading/Downgrading: Clients can adjust their package with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. 6. Payment and Billing Billing Cycle: Billed monthly, starting from the initial meeting date. Payment Method: Payments can only be made through the website using credit or debit cards. Late Payments: A $25 late fee will be applied for payments overdue by 7 days. 7. Cancellations and No Refund Policy Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all participants, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellation and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Late Cancellation Fee: If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps us accommodate other clients who may need our services. No Refunds: No refunds are issued for services rendered or unused hours. All payments are final. Cancellation via Website: Clients may cancel at any time through the website. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. 8.
